How Long We Retain Data

We retain account-related data while your account is active so we can provide core app features such as progress tracking, badges, streaks, and quiz history. We retain technical and security-related logs only as long as needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service reliability. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where a longer retention period is required by law.

How Data Is Deleted

You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time from within the app by going to Profile > Delete Account. After you confirm deletion, your account profile data is removed from active systems, and progress data linked to your account (including badges, streaks, and quiz history) is deleted or anonymized. Any required backup copies are automatically deleted within 30 days.

If you are unable to access the app, you may also request deletion by contacting us at jesuslovesyou@notsoboringbible.com. We may request limited information to verify account ownership before processing deletion requests.
